Terms of Service

1. The service

Fezola connects mailboxes and chat accounts that you own or are authorized to use to AI assistants, through the Model Context Protocol. It lets your assistant read and search your messages, prepare drafts and, at your request, organize your mail. Google Chat and Telegram access is read-only.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 and give accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Tell us at support@fezola.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Plans and payment

Fezola comes in a Free plan (two sources) and a Pro plan (up to 20 sources), at the price shown on the Pricing page when you subscribe, VAT included in Europe. Payments are processed by Stripe; Fezola never sees your card number.

Pro starts with a 7-day free trial, once per account. Your card is charged when the trial ends, then at each renewal (monthly or yearly), until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from Settings: Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, with no refund. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you subscribe: write to us to use it and we will refund the unused part.

Back on Free, nothing is deleted: your AI assistant pauses its access while more than two sources are connected. Any price change is announced at least 30 days in advance and only applies from your next renewal.

4. Acceptable use

• Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to access.
• Respect the terms of your providers (Google, Telegram, your email provider) and of the AI assistant you use.
• Do not use Fezola to send spam, harass anyone, break the law or attempt to access other users' data.
• Do not probe, overload or bypass the security of the service.

5. AI assistants and your actions

Your AI assistant decides which tools to call based on your requests. Fezola saves replies as drafts that you review and send yourself, and performs organizing actions (move, archive, mark, trash) only when the assistant calls those tools at your request. You remain responsible for reviewing what your assistant does and for the messages you send.

6. Third-party services

Fezola depends on services we do not control: your email and chat providers and your AI assistant. Their availability, limits and terms apply, and they may change or interrupt access at any time.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. Fezola does not store the content of your messages.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Fezola available and secure, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may change features; we will announce material changes to these terms in advance.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fezola is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or messages, or actions taken by your AI assistant or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
