Gmail, iCloud and IMAP inboxes together in Claude and ChatGPT

Claude is rolling out multiple Google accounts in its Gmail connector, and ChatGPT already handles several Gmail accounts. What neither does natively is put Gmail next to a mailbox on your own domain (OVH, IONOS, Gandi, Fastmail), Google Chat and Telegram, plus iCloud in Claude. A remote MCP connector such as Fezola puts all of them behind one URL: your assistant searches, reads and drafts across every account, and each result says which account it comes from.

What the built-in connectors cover

Claude's Gmail connector covers Google accounts, and support for several accounts is rolling out progressively (November 2026): check your Claude settings first. ChatGPT supports several Gmail accounts natively.

Claude has no built-in connector for iCloud Mail or IMAP mailboxes on your own domain, and neither assistant connects Google Chat or Telegram, so one question across all of them is not possible natively. That is the gap a connector like Fezola fills.

Your options

  • Use the built-in Gmail connector: free, but Google accounts only.
  • Forward a second Gmail into your main one: simple, but older mail stays behind, and replies go out from your main address unless you set up “Send mail as”.
  • Run an open-source multi-account Gmail MCP server yourself: flexible, but it needs your own Google Cloud project, and it usually runs only in Claude Desktop or Claude Code.
  • Use a hosted connector such as Fezola: nothing to install, works on claude.ai, the desktop app and mobile, and also in ChatGPT.

How Fezola keeps your accounts apart

  • Every search result carries its account name and address, so Claude can tell you which inbox each email came from.
  • You can search all accounts at once or a single one.
  • A reply is drafted in the mailbox that received the email, with that address as the sender. Nothing is sent: you review the draft and send it from Gmail.

Step by step

  1. Create a Fezola account

Sign up for free. The Free plan includes 2 sources, so two Gmail accounts fit without paying.

  2. Connect your first Gmail account

In Sources, add a mailbox, choose Gmail and click “Continue with Google”. Give it a short name such as Personal.

  3. Connect your other Gmail accounts

Repeat for each account (Work, Side project), signing in with the matching Google account. If Google sign-in is unavailable, use a Gmail app password instead: it requires 2-Step Verification on that Google account.

  4. Add Fezola to Claude

In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, click + Add, then Add custom connector. Name it Fezola and paste https://api.fezola.com/mcp. On Team and Enterprise plans, an Owner adds it once in Organization settings, Connectors.

  5. Approve access

Click Connect. Fezola opens a sign-in and consent screen listing the sources Claude will access. Once you accept, Fezola works on claude.ai, in the desktop app and on mobile.

  6. Ask across your accounts

Try: “What came in across my Gmail accounts today, and what still needs an answer?”, “Find the contract PDF sent last week, in any account, and summarize it”, or “Draft a reply to that email from my work address.”

Why Fezola

  • All your Gmail accounts behind one connector, plus iCloud, any IMAP mailbox, Google Chat and Telegram.
  • Each result names its account; replies are drafted in the mailbox that received the email.
  • Reads attachments: PDF, Word, text files and images.
  • Works in Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity and other MCP clients.
  • Messages are read live and never stored; tokens and passwords are encrypted.

Questions

Can Claude connect two Gmail accounts at the same time?

Claude is rolling out multiple Google accounts in its built-in Gmail connector (November 2026), so check your settings. To add iCloud, IMAP mailboxes, Google Chat or Telegram to the same conversation, use a custom connector such as Fezola: Claude sees every source you connect, searched together.

Do I need a paid Claude plan?

No. Claude's Free plan allows one custom connector, and that single Fezola connector carries all your accounts. Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans work too.

Could Claude answer from the wrong Gmail address?

No. When Claude replies to an email, the draft is created in the mailbox that received it, with that address as the sender. Fezola never sends: you send the draft yourself from Gmail.

Does this work in ChatGPT too?

Yes, with the same connector URL (Developer mode, on paid ChatGPT plans). ChatGPT handles several Gmail accounts natively; Fezola adds mailboxes on your own domain, Google Chat and Telegram, searched together.

How many Gmail accounts can I connect?

Free includes 2 sources. Pro connects up to 20 sources for $9 per month or $90 per year, with a 7-day free trial. Each mailbox, Google Chat or Telegram account counts as one source.

Does Fezola store my emails?

No. Emails are read live from Gmail when Claude asks, and never stored. Google tokens and app passwords are encrypted.
